During the holiday season, Publix embraces the Food For All campaign.
The funds raised are used to support programs designed to fight hunger and advocate for self sufficiency on a local, regional, national and international level. Funds raised stay in the communities in which they were raised. Funds raised in Central Florida will be donated to Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida.
Throughout Publix’s campaign, customers and associates can contribute to the fund by purchasing contribution cards in $1, $3 or $5 amounts.
In 2010, Publix customers and associates donated more than $2.7 million to the effort.
